Cake boss

Phew! Carlos bakery..........
Baker, oh baker, where have you been?
I've been out in the cold at Hoboken New Jersey to see the CAKE BOSS.
BUDDY?
Did you see him then?
Oh no! He had gone for vacation to Aruba with his family.
That was my tale today.
I stood in the cold with my sister-in-law in a queue for close to two hours waiting to get into Carlos bakery and hoping to have a chance meeting with the CAKE BOSS I can hear you, I wish, right?
Well the truth is that even if Buddy Valastro wasn't on vacation the chances of my seeing him was a bit slim, since they do most of the baking now at the factory, and not at the famous bake shop.
Not to worry, all is not lost. I had fun and took some cool pix which I would be posting later. I also had a taste of the famous cannoli filled with cream I guess made from cheese
Be back in a bit, so Kraft on guys...........
